Goodbye to an Austin icon.. If you weren't flashed by this guy at least once, you really missed out. I had some really awesome discussions with this mini skirt

Goodbye to a beloved Austin icon, who I was honored to be flashed by on a regular basis when I worked on 6th Street at the tattoo shop and played shows on Red River... If you weren't flirted with by this guy at least once, you really missed out. I had some really awesome discussions with Leslie that I know I'll never have again with another person. He came to several of our shows and even caused a scene at one, which I was pretty stoked about, haha. He was just an incredible and beautiful man with great legs and a lot of tenacity. I've always had great admiration for him. Farewell, Leslie. You'll be missed by an entire city of fond admirers. -kimberly

A note from Jason, AKA, "Junior":

"I remember the moment clearly. It was during our 2010 Spring US tour. Kimberly and I were sitting at a coffee shop in Philadelphia, and she nonchalantly forwarded me an email from a producer. Kimberly gets lots of letters from producers hoping we'll record with them, but usually she just deletes them. Thus far I had recorded all of the albums... Break, Monster, Sleep and Hole - and she was quite satisfied to continue making our music in house. This particular email struck her fancy though, because it was from... gasp... a girl!

Thanks so much to our friend Andrew Cockrum of Danger Dog Films for this great video!

A couple of weeks ago, we were stuck in the middle of New Mexico at a junk yard with a blown transmission and no way home. We put the word out ("ummmm heeeeey fans.. now would be a greeeat time to download something.."), and in one day we raised enough money in downloads and straight up donations from our website to get home.

SURPRISE!!! Here is another thank you gift to our wonderful fans.. We wish we could hug every single one of you right now!! This will have to do for now. :D
